Sweat and Sculpt

This is the ultimate full body mat based sculpting session taking place in our new Infrared heated studio. This class is low-impact but high-energy combining classical Pilates Principles with an up-beat, dynamic edge. The infrared heaters work by warming the body from the inside out to boost circulation - so get ready to get your high rate up, detoxify your mind and body and SCULPT.

Mat Pilates

This Matwork Pilates class pushes beyond the basics. Get ready to delve deep into the core principles - mobility, strength, posture and balance. Each session is designed to challenge and energise with expert modifications/progressions to suit all levels.

Mama & Baby

A gentle class designed for postnatal mums - little ones welcome!

Move, recover, and connect in a supportive, judgment-free space (feeding, crying, and cuddles all OK)

Ideally babies must be non-crawling or happy to sit in a bouncer, pram, or car seat.

Tempo

This class is fun and fiery. A low impact yet high intensity session designed to improve your strength, stamina and flexibility. Get ready for a 50-minute full body burn with quick transitions and moves to challenge your mind and body. This class will incorporate traditional Reformer Pilates techniques with an athletic edge and at times the use of (optional) handheld weights for that extra challenge.

Mixed Level

This class offers a balanced, full-body workout designed to accommodate a wide range of abilities – from complete beginners to more experienced movers. Your instructor will provide clear progressions, regressions, and modifications throughout, allowing each client to work at a pace and level that suits them. The use of layering is key, starting with a foundational version of each exercise and building upon it for those ready to take it further. A general level of fitness is recommended.

Fundamentals

Perfect for complete beginners, pre/post-natal clients, or anyone returning to movement after a break. This class focuses on the foundations of Reformer Pilates and is designed to build confidence, body awareness, and familiarity with the machine. You’ll be guided through a sequence of simple but effective exercises, with slower transitions to allow time for understanding and control. By “simple,” we don’t mean easy – we mean essential. This class is all about mastering the basics and building a strong, safe foundation for future progression.
